According to Genesis Publications, the deluxe limited edition of "Killer Queen" (£375/$595...!!!) has been fully subscribed. What rich and devoted fans Queen has! How about you? (I think I'm one of the devoted fans, but unfortunately I'm not rich enough to buy such an expensive book!)
